Our Story
Delta Industrie s.r.l. was founded in the early 1960s as a family business. Thanks to the founder’s enterprising spirit, together with the capability and the passion of his first collaborators, the Company immediately placed itself among the main italian precision engineering workshops.
The original choice is even now the same: from the beginning, every single processing step has always taken place inside the Company, starting from the purchasing of the raw material and ending with the ready-to-sell product.

A 70 years long technical and manufacturing experience is indeed our key factor. We have gained extensive knowledge, that keeps us among the few Italian Companies in the field of the high precision mechanics that are capable to totally fulfill the specific needs of Customers.
The third generation of the family has recently joined the business, committing with new enthusiasm to improve proficiency that distinguishes us.
Know How
The new machine tools and CMM machines in our factory, by the main worldwide brands, have allowed us to go on improving our quality standards. The actual know-how enables Delta Industrie s.r.l. to manufacture special custom-made complex items, mainly for machine tools and transfer machines, besides our wide range of normalized tool holders.
The monitoring of the complete production process, the accuracy and quality level of our products lead to the Customer’s satisfaction.

Production Process
The production process is managed on a job-by-job basis, with each batch meticulously tracked.
Quality checks are performed at every stage to ensure Delta products meet the highest standards.
Raw materials & Warehouse
The production process begins with the careful procurement and storage of high-quality raw materials, ready to be transformed into precision products.
Saw Cutting
For many items, production starts with cutting bars (3–6 m) into exact segments, perfectly sized for the next machining stages.
Turning
A highly automated department dedicated to machining our products. Bar feeders and robotic arms handle the loading and unloading of lathes efficiently.
Milling
After turning, products are precisely milled on Delta Industrie’s advanced machines whenever the design requires it. Thanks to smart automation, these operations run efficiently, ensuring top-quality results every time.
Heat Treatment
Selected products undergo controlled heat treatment to enhance mechanical and technological properties. This step guarantees durability and performance.
Grinding
Post heat-treatment, components are carefully ground according to strict design tolerances. Our diverse range of grinding machines ensures every requirement is met with precision.
Balancing
Tool holders and components are meticulously balanced, available in G2.5 (tight tolerance) and G6.3 (standard tolerance) classes, across speeds from 10,000 to 40,000 RPM. Most catalog items come pre-balanced for immediate use.
Washing
Every tool holder undergoes thorough cleaning and drying to ensure a flawless finish.
Assembly
All elements are assembled according to design specifications, combining precision with reliability.
Final Testing
Before packaging, each batch is rigorously tested using our Zeiss 3D measuring machine, guaranteeing consistent quality and performance.
Packaging
Each product is carefully coated with protective oil and packaged, ready for secure storage or shipment.
Finished product storage
Delta Industrie s.r.l. maintains approximately 95% of catalog items in stock at all times, with a warehouse holding around 170,000 units across more than 3,000 codes, ensuring rapid delivery and availability.
